These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of invitefor.you (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

invitefor.you lets you design a digital invitation with a sealed reveal and share a link with guests. Features may include calendar sync helpers, map directions, and RSVP via text or email. The Service is provided free of charge and without requiring an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

3. Your content and links

You are solely responsible for the content you put into an invite and for who you share the link with. Invite details—including RSVP contact information—may be embedded in the URL and visible to anyone who has the link.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right
  • Harass, defraud, phish, spam, or impersonate others
  • Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service beyond ordinary use
  • Upload or encode unlawful, deceptive, or highly sensitive personal data

4. No accounts; device storage

The Service does not require an account. Optional “My Invites” history is stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data or using another device may remove or hide that history. We are not obligated to back up or restore local invite lists.

5. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without liability. Links you previously shared may stop working if the Service changes or is offline.

6. Third-party services

Opening directions, adding a calendar event, or sending an RSVP may launch third-party apps or sites (maps, calendars, messaging, email). Those experiences are governed by the third parties’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The invitefor.you name, site design, and original materials are owned by the Service operator or its licensors. You may create and share invites for personal or reasonable commercial hosting of your own events. You may not copy the Service, brand, or design to create a competing product without permission.

Third-party fonts, icons, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses (for example open-source or CDN license terms).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INVITES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR DELIVERED TO EVERY INTENDED GUEST.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify the Service operator from claims arising out of your invites, your shared links, or your misuse of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
